Horrible experience. He doesn’t wanna listen. He is the worst doctor ever. Never go to him. His medical assistant Todd is very good.
I would also agree that Dr. Francis was dismissive and rushed through my husband's appointment. After I kept bringing up why he didn't feel the need to schedule an MRI when he could see that my husband's headaches were debilitating, he gave in and said he'll schedule it to "make me feel better." Hours after the MRI we receive a call from his office asking us to come in - they found that he has a hematoma!!! He was a little nicer during the followup visit, but still vague. Looking for another neurologist.

This doctor is very dismissive and condescending as others have stated. He may have some knowledge regarding his profession but does not know how to share it with kindness at all. I decided to take a 3 month family leave in the fall of 2016 from my work due to ongoing migraines and asked him to complete paperwork for FLA. He had me give to his assistant and 2 months later I get a call from my employer that they never rcvd the paperwork. I have never met a more condescending and dismissive doctor in my life. He kept mansplaining. He kept leaving and giving me survey's about my mood, and about how I could move and do task. I do not recommend him to anyone. I get the feeling its about turn around.
Would give a zero if I could. Ditto everything everyone else has said here. If you don't fit in his check box and get better with routine treatment you're unstable or aggressive. Especially abusive towards women patients. He doesn't listen and has ZERO compassion. Why is he even a Dr?

Never see this doctor again. Not caring, impersonal, rude! Was in for my daughter who is a teenage. He was so condescending, belittled her and wouldn't let her speak. When I asked any questions he ignored my question and continued with his thoughts. We felt like he already diagnosed my daughter before entering the room. His diagnosis was different than two other doctors. By the time we left my daughter was in tears and I had to contact her therapist. Awful experience!
Impersonalable,not caring,prescribed medication with no diagnosis,escorted out by dr. while I was having a situation while I was in the office,told me it was nothing to be concerned about even though my MRI showed that I had several abnormal lympnodes, I don't feel as he read the report from the radiologist.Placed on sleeping pills, even though that wasn't the problem.Ended up in the hospital about ten days later diagnosis with mantle cell cancer, which showed on the radiologist report I handed to him 10 days earlier.I read ... read more
