Office staff very rude and not helpful. Dr Fran did not explain anything and referred me to I U Med. Went there and Midwest did not send my medical records as l had requested before l went. I U were no helped called Dr Fran back for help and was told to go back to I U they were they were specialists. Don't go here .
Apprehensive going in for the first time. He asked a lot of questions and explained very well. Listened, gave a clear course of action. Very happy with appointment.
I've been a patient of Dr. Kadiyamkuttiyil for a decade now and he's a fantastic doctor. He is very kind and makes me feel at ease. I appreciate how thorough he always is and I know I'm getting the best care and treatment. I am very grateful to have him as my doctor. I highly recommend him.

I have had only two other doctors give me the kind of caring treatment as I receive from Dr. Francis. One passed away decades ago and the other just retired. (both of them were from Canada) I always feel at ease telling him whatever is on my mind and he actually takes time to listen. I think this makes him a better doctor because it's not just the physical that makes us sick but the underlying issues we all carry with us. I highly recommend him and wouldn't know what I would do without him.
As soon as I get to the office I'm well received, I don't wait long at the reception area. I feel like I'm part of the family.
Dr. Francis didn't seem to want to listen to my symptoms or have any plan for me. His advice? Eat three meals a day. Kind of expensive for a meal planner. I won't be back. I can get more help from my family doctor than I have from him. What a waste of time. I really thought a neurologist would be able to help with my migraines pain. I was wrong.
Dr Kadiyamkuttiyil did not seem to care about some of my wife's symptoms and she called on more than one occasion and was just blown off. The last incident they really seemed like they didn't care because we had them to fax her medical records somewhere else. If you're looking for a doctor with a good bedside manor who generally cares about you or your loved ones well being, Dr Francis ( Kadiyamkuttiyil) IS NOT THE DOCTOR FOR YOU!
