I hope their level of expertise does not coincide with their ability to return phone calls ,& messages. I called, I filled out their online questionnaire for an appointment & still 2 days later, no callback.Maybe they don't need the business? I guess I'll have to look for another Podiatrist.Very disappointing
Dr. Chan is a thorough podiatrist and a consummate professional. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone who needs foot or ankle services.
I just wanted to share how much we appreciated the care at your clinic. Your kindness and gentle help with my mom meant a lot, and Dr. Chan’s professionalism made a big difference. She’s feeling much better now and no longer has pain in her toenail, which is a huge relief for all of us. Thank you so much.
I have flat feet. I had custom orthotics made with Dr. Chan and I ended up with more pain than before after wearing them. He said he won't recast the orthotics. What a scam.
I wish I had seen him sooner. He diagnosed my problem - arthritis- and spent a lot of time sorting out the best orthotics for me. It's not cheap though and should be covered by our medical insurance.
