I have flat feet. I had custom orthotics made with Dr. Chan and I ended up with more pain than before after wearing them. He said he won't recast the orthotics. What a scam.
I wish I had seen him sooner. He diagnosed my problem - arthritis- and spent a lot of time sorting out the best orthotics for me. It's not cheap though and should be covered by our medical insurance.
I had a really bad experience this year with this Dr Chan, they charged me for $185 for nothing. I came for removing a corn on my toe and I did call before I booked the appointment, they told me they can do that. And I have been told this is one hour treatment, but when I went there, I waited for 25 min, and then the Dr showed up for another 20min and told me he couldn’t do anything about it, just wearing big shoes.
