The most pretentious doctor I've ever had the unfortunate displeasure of being assigned to. I've seen this man back in 2019 to about 2021 and then recently this year. Back before, I didn't seem to have any issues with him despite him trying to overdose me on Tricyclic antidepressants then claiming there were no withdrawal side effects. Hello, I'm writing to express my concern about a doctor I was referred to. His name is Dr. Armendariz and he has a 2.6-star review, which is quite low. I'm concerned that he may not be providing quality care and I would like to request that he be flagged and have his license reviewed. I tried to book an appointment and the receptionist was extremely hostile and very very mean to me very discouraged about trying to get a doctor was not sympathetic to my needs for a behavioral health doctor at all she was very very ugly over the phone and hung up in my face
If I could 0 starts I would. Every appointment canceled and never gave me a heads up of any cancelation till I was there. I've been trying to get in since February and still nothing. Have yet to even meet a doctor. Seems like nobody cares about mental health here at all
