Urgent care was very good but Optum in general is very difficult to communicate with and make appointments.

She always takes the time and explains everything very thorough
I have been seeing her for several years but this past appointment and the one before I have been extremely disappointed and put off. She was not helpful, actually demeaning. I am newly diagnosed with sleep apena and was not provided any information or education. When questions are asked and I provide information from the company that supplies my equipment.
