My husband and I have been seeing Dr Florentino for over 11yrs, since we moved to this area. Dr. Florentino is an exceptionally skilled dermatologist doctor. What sets her apart from others is her great personality, sincerity, doggedness and exulting patience. We are extremely happy to be her patients and wholeheartedly recommend her and the superior practice she has established.
My husband and I both see Dr. Florentino or her PA. We've been very pleased with the ease of appointments, the thoroughness of exams, and the patient education (i.e. self checking, use of sunscreen). They err on the side of caution, and when it comes to skin, the largest "organ" of your body, that's important. Highly recommended!
One of the procedures was bellafill which was $1,600 and it did work on 1 side of my face. When I discussed it with the doctor she said she would not make it right. "I am sorry you aren't happy but it will be another $800 to give another treatment." The other procedure was $500. I was told a touch up would have to be done. I paid cash over $2,000.00. When I had the touch up. I was told I was paid in full. I have getting a bill of $480. Threats to send to collections. Can't get anyone to call me
I would definitely refer family and friends. The best Doc ever. Dr. Florentino is very personable, she has a warm down to earth approach. I was very comfortable talking with her about my condition. She answered all my questions. Reception is a bit frosty, but she is worth the visit. The office is clean and neat and appointments are easy to schedule. Because of reception I gave her 4 stars instead of 5.
Called before coming to office to make sure my insurance was accepted and all I would have to pay was my CoPay, was told yes just your copay is all you would have to pay. Then received a horrific bill in the mail then called 5 times and can not received a phone call back about the bill.
