I scheduled an appointment with Dr Dilley in August of last year. I had to wait 9 months for the first available. I called on the day of the appointment to confirm only to find out that they had cancelled the appointment. No one bothered to call to let me know. Then they refused to reschedule. Terrible way to treat patients!!

I had been with Dr. Dilley for a couple years. All was fine and she seemed to care. Now Dec. 2022, I had an appointment with her at the end of month. Just notified a week ago, by mail, that she is leaving the practice. I called to confirm my appointment for tomorrow, Dec. 27. All of her appointments were cancelled. No one bothered to call or inform me. What an appalling way to handle patients! Not impressed with Stewart Medical Group at all. Never will I go back to this practice. I wish I could give them zero stars! Horrible office to work with. Their IVR system makes it impossible to get in touch with anyone. I am waiting 3 weeks for them to approve home healthcare for my mom. Terrible experience!
