Dr. Kendal put all of my daughter’s information and symptoms together, along with additional testing to confirm a diagnosis and educate us on lifestyle changes and coping with a chronic disorder and syndrome. Incredibly thorough and shared resources we can utilize for support and wellness as well as diagnosing other related issues. It doesn’t get any better that this professional level of experience and expertise in the soft tissue disorders and related syndromes.
Dr. Kendall is in depth, smart, and patient. She and her husband are very good at what they do. She has a lot of experience with EDS and knows what she's looking for. I've been seeing her yearly since 2019 and she's very much my "top of the food chain" when it comes to my health. Very thankful.
Dr. Kendall seems like a great fit for patients with inborn mitochondrial disease. Unfortunately, if you're experiencing other mitochondrial dysfunction without a known genetic cause, even if your labs demonstrate this, she is not a good fit. The most helpful parts of my experience with Dr. Kendall were a referral to another local provider and lab orders that explored my mitochondrial function. In terms of any resolution or guidance for symptoms and lab results, I was left empty-handed.

Multiple red flags- The 1st red flag was the email offering to move our appt up but most of the dates offered were after our already scheduled appt. The 2nd red flag was was during our appt, it became quite clear our daughters records were minimally reviewed if at all. The 3rd red flag was when labs were completed and several were found extremely elevated or out of range and they were completely dismissed with zero follow up.
