Very responsive, honest and friendly staff. Quick turn around time when you need help and reasonable pricing. The crew gave me feedback on altering the pump out schedule for future planning which I appreciated.
Definitely overpriced. They will give you ridiculous quotes on work that is barely necessary to be in "code". Do your selves a favor unlike me and shop around first and look for a smaller company for better pricing!
I wouldn't recommend them. They charged 1350 to pump my tank and then 225 to pull out a rag that they either put in or didn't pump out. Found out the issue when the pump alarm went off. Beware!
I had a great experience, I called to be placed on the schedule and they were able to come in just a few hours! Received a phone call from the operator, he gave me a time when he would be here. He knew what I needed and took care of us. Thank you Dr Flush I definitely recommend these guys !
