Dr.Frankel, was very nice! He’s very thorough and patient with helping through the vision test. I would absolutely recommend him. He seems passionate in what he does🙏

My husband and I have went to Dr. Frankel for a couple of years now, but unfortunately won't be returning. Doc is great, but the front desk service ruins the whole experience. Very old school and instead of a smile you're greeted by silence and a scowl. We shall be taking our business somewhere more welcoming.
Having a foreign body lodged in the inside of your eyelid continuously etching and re-etching your cornea and eyeball for 24 hours really puts "having a bad day" into perspective... although it sure puts everything else out of focus. I feel compelled to thank my eye doctor, Dr. Frankel, of Dr. Frankel Optometry in Lenexa KS for being the only one of 3 separate physicians who saw me for this issue to have the thoroughness to actually find and remove the offending particle from my eye.
