Dr.Reddy and the staff are kind and helpful. It does get very busy so there is usually a long wait but at no fault of the staff.

The nurse was friendly and welcoming when I checked in. I was on time for the appointment and had finished my pre-checkin before arriving. The wait time wasn’t too bad, about 10-15 minutes. The first nurse that did the assessment was kind and made me feel like I was in good hands. The doctor was great, very knowledgeable about multiple issues and prior conditions that I have unrelated to this specific visit. I appreciate how quickly they could schedule an appointment. Staff are friendly and efficient. Dr Reddy put me at ease and was reassuring in how to approach my illness. I am planning to have him and the practice be my PCP for my future medical needs.
Happy I chose this location, the staff was very helpful and friendly. My MA (Robert) was very knowledgeable to my needs and I appreciated that!
