They were kind and patient with me! Supported mental health as well
This place is the absolute worst!!! It's amazing how little these "health care providers" actually care. Poor treatment of patients is definitely the established culture here. They also over bill from contracted insurance amounts for their substandard "care".
Great service and up front pricing of care is the future.
Deidra was very welcoming and took great care of me. She took samples and even drew blood for labs. I was not aware all this was available at one location. Carolyn Villanueva also took great care of me. I came to them because my doctor of 13 years refused to refill my prescription until he saw me which was 30 days after I ran out. I have never been such an inconvenience to a practitioner. Steven King was so dismissive and could not have cared less. He also scoffed when I asked about the high blood pressure he said I have (I asked what it meant and how high it was), 'high enough for me to mention it to you now." ....okay, I've never had high blood pressure.
