My wife and I use Patient First for multiple ailments that need quick attention. Doctor Velasiehas treated me four or five times. He might have a bit of a gruff aspect, but I think that comes from the fact that he hails originally from central Europe and some people are that way there. But his skills and competence as a doctor are excellent and I’ve always received a comprehensive and accurate diagnosis every time he treats me. I am always happy when he walks in to the exam room.
Very compassionate and respectful. We had a great conversation while he treated me.
He has no interest in providing service to patients. He said he doesn’t know feet and told me to go see a specialist. Meanwhile I’m still in pain and now have to pay for sitting in a room for 1.5 hours to get 5 minutes of mumbling and a complete lack of care.
