Really happy to have found a doctor who listens well, gives a lot of great information and doesn’t assume I’m not smart enough to read through it. Dr. Unno and Olson gave actual time to assessing my problems instead of trying to rush me out the door. Extremely grateful for the entire staff who treated me very kindly, especially clinic manager Leana! It was worth the six month wait and navigating the near-impossible phone system (always press 2 first!).
I came in with a ruptured Achilles and lots of questions. Dr. Unno was very patient, answering all my questions and giving me all the information I needed to decide what was best for me. Surgery was optional in my case, and I appreciated that she did not pressure me either way.
Best care team around!
Whomever this wannabe “doctor” was insulting, condescending, and rude. I told them those things when I walked out of the door.
