Currently looking for a obgyn because my provider isn’t taking Medicaid anymore. Whoever answered the call just now at born again denied to make me a postpartum visit as a new patient.
The office is absolutely beautiful... modern, spotless, and very well maintained. The atmosphere is welcoming, and you can tell they put a lot of effort into creating a comfortable environment for patients. The staff is friendly, professional, and everyone seems to know their role, which I really appreciate. My only concern, and the reason I can't give a full recommendation, is the wait time. I dont understand how the front desk women still work here, they are always very rude and give so much attitude! Im 6 months pregnant and I dont even act like that, super unprofessional. On the other hand, the nurses and doctors are straight forward and nice, very helpful overall. Its just the damn front desk women that ruin the experience
My wife went to her clinic had a bad experience, told her never go back.
