Staff &doctors I highly recommend. Office is very clean . All of staff is very friendly. Doctors actually listen to you . And give you alternatives . I didn’t feel overwhelmed nor judged . Made me feel very welcomed . I don’t want another kid soon , but I would come back,
Impossible to be seen. The system in which they confirm appointments is not productive and who ever is answering phones has terrible attitudes. Additionally when I called regarding an appointment, it would ring and ring and ring. It wasn’t until I pressed the billing option on the menu they finally picked up the line . When I explained that I actually needed an appointment but no one was answering she seemed annoyed. Hello. I was very unhappy with the receptionists' treatment. They weren't friendly at all and didn't even smile at the patients. They were very rude, as if they weren't paid well to do their jobs. This clinic deserves to have more compassionate staff.
