I’ve been on hold for 4 minutes hung up on and called back more than 4 times getting hung up on man what are these receptionist doing, lunch is already over and I’m calling like you’re supposed to to get medical records and no one answers.
I just came here to take my mother for her appointment this is her first time being here in Born Again OBGYN and let me just say my mom is handicapped she uses a walker and had a stroke so she needs sometimes assistance to fill out paperwork and cant see that well and im a mother so I bring my 1 year old with me everywhere and just now the front end receptionist just told me they dont allow children in the facility my answer was sarcastically "Okaaay" what the hell do I do leave my baby if I have no one to take care of him a... read more
This is my 2nd pregnancy I’ve been coming here. Everyone is so professional & nice. I’ve seen people say they don’t let you know about the “no kids” rule they have. But every time they call to verify your appointment they let you know. They always answer their phones unless they are in lunch but they do have a long message 🥲
