I took my kid's there twice and this place look so ratchet. The bathroom smell so bad and the place is very dirty.the front desk is so unprofessional, and in top of that i can't undesrtand Dr.Borrero,she doesn't speak fluent english,that place is a complety mess,i don't recommend anybody to take their kids their,o not to mention the day of the appoinment she was yelling at one of her employees this lady is so unprofesional i never go back again
I took my children there for two visits and yes they can get you in right away but you cannot understand Dr. Borrero and front desk personal is not professional, i left voicemails and spOke twice to a individual regarding a referral and since i my child needed to see a specialist i was told theyd call me back and never did a total of a week and i had to keep calling for a prescription and leftmsgs.. This previous person that said all that about the Doctor, she was doing her externship here and she is out of her mind,1-she was smoking cigarrets in the bathroom 2-She was making a lot of mistakes 3-She's not profesional at all 4-instead of talk she screams to the patient and because she got let go. This doctor is great, and she really cares for the patients, & takes time to talk to them. She also has over 30 years of experience in the Medical field.
I was not a patient at this doctor's office. I worked there, for 3 weeks. The things that so- called lady was doing was down right dirty, illegal and needs to be stopped immediately! She reused medical supplies that are meant to be thrown away after one use! And she does these things on newborn babies! It's appalling, to say the leaset.
