This company is a complete crowd of idiots.Called Frigidaire 3 weeks ago about a new dishwasher not working correctly and this private company was dispatched. Had a 11:00 am appt time after i took off work and the tech calls several times stating he will be late,putting me off.Finally arrives at 7:00 pm during dinner.Checks dishwasher and has no parts,parts will be ordered.2 weeks later,nothing.After 4 calls they finally tell me part will be here ASAP.Set an appt. for 7:30-8:00 am today 12/4/12 and you guessed it,after i hav... read more
I was pleased with my service and the knowledge that the service man had of my high end appliance. The service was prompt and the bill was less than I expected. I will call this service company again and will recomend it to others. Job well done!!
