Awesome! The staff and Dr. were really kind and caring to my little scaredy cat! Great appointment times and the staff really listened to me and answered all my questions. I will be going back!

They were great with my little scaredy cat! Really concerned with his comfort! Great appointment times too! Will be brining all my pets here! The staff were wonderful and very patient with me and my kitty. I am a nervous pet owner, and they took the time to explain everything and answer all my questions.

this place is horrible! the new vet is incompetent, did not give the correct diagnosis to my cat or my friend's dog. save your pet and your wallet and go someplace else for your veterinarian care!!!!!!!!!!
I read all the reviews before my appointment today. I decided to "throw the book" at them so to say. I asked all the question I could think of. I even interrupted the doctor. We shared kitty stories, as they have a kitten she raised since it was a baby right in the waiting room. Cute Russian Blue up for adoption!! Anyhow, the tech. that came in explained rabies shots to me. Never had anyone do that before. I didnt even know that they had two different shots they could give. The dr. is rude and the staff are rude. Dr. Fitz should NOT take care of your animals; she has neither good people skills nor good animal skills, for that matter. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! Trust ME!
Went to the new vet at Dr. Fitz's Bayside Animal Clinic (new name, same building) and had a great experience. The staff is very helpful and the new vet is very knowledgable. A winner!
Let me start by addressing the previous comment. Dr. Fitz is not rude, she is a very caring human being and animal doctor. She takes her work seriously. If you want a Vet who jokes around with you is all smiles 24/7 - that is not her. Dr. Fitz is very direct and to the point of what needs to happen to make your pet well, if they are sick or stable if they are in for a routine check up. We have seen her twice.
