Rimma was excellent and very professional. Dr. Manesh was very easy to talk to, understanding and very caring. She is exactly what I am looking for!!
Having had a variety of dentist experiences in the San Fernando Valley, I would say that this place is alright. It's relatively easy to make an appointment. However, it is difficult for the secretary staff to follow up. I asked a staff member if they could check my insurance to see if a second cleaning could be covered within 3-5 months. They did not follow up with me. Meanwhile, when I had a cleaning appointment, I felt that it was a lackluster job. It was very brief 20 minute cleaning experience.
