I was his patient for 16-17 years he said I have diabetes then wrote me a prescription for melformin so the next visit he asked me who presibe you. I said you Mr Ismail he don't ever remember so I went other places took blood work turned out I don't have diabetes so I left him. It's been 6 months I lost alot of weight because of melformin but I stopped taking it now I have a cancer in my right breast Ismail never exam or check at all only giving blood results paper work and presb me thyriod pills.
I tried to call to ask what insurance they take and the person answering the phone was condescending, rude, and completely ignored my question with her own questions. Asking me multiple times which doctor I am calling for... When I told the person I'm not a patient yet. I'm trying to get some information, she huffed and said, "Ma'am! I need to know which doctor you want." Okay bye. I'll find an endocrinology office with actual humans who have personality answering the phone. Yikes.
If you are looking for GOOD old fashion attention and care with this doctor you have found it. They run their whole operation like good old days. Yes it can be a wait to see him but it is so worth it. Doctor takes his time and treats you like a person not a number. Takes his time to explain things and takes care of your concerns. Highly recommend Dr Ismail
This doctor knows his stuff, he is able to maintain your correct health. I have been a patient for years and highly recommend him.
Medtronic’s is a dangerously incompetent company and their pumps are garbage. Don’t trust your life to this pump under any circumstances. Look at all the lawsuits!!!
