I called to request my diagnostic papers because i decided to make an appointment with another doctor, the receptionist gave me thousand excuses for what she couldn't fax it, obviously she didnt want to loose another unsatisfy costumer. She is so rude!!
I call Dr. Mazda on 5/11/15 about pain in groin after getting a referal from my physician. His manager Sheryl refuses to tell me if they accept Blue Cross HMO, refuses to let me see the Dr without Ultrasound and then tells me that ONLY AFTER I PROVIDE HER with my US test will she determine should the doctor see me. She is NOT even a Nurse, she is a phone monkey and paper pusher. Horrible, horrible attitude.
