Dr. Field Goods is a farm to table restaurant, butcher shop and catering food truck. We do not use a can opener or a microwave. All of our food is sustainable and homemade. We serve breakfast Wednesday through Sunday from 8 a.m. to 10:30 a.m., and lunch and dinner daily from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. The butcher shop is open Tuesday through Saturday from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Mondays from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. with a limited selection. The food truck is available for catered events in the Santa Fe area. Call for more details.

Okay place, maybe the staff was having a bad day? I got the 18 dollar Bison burger, ordered medium rare got a mostly well done, had an odd cheese pairing for Bison.
Love this place! I think it's a secret gem of Santa Fe. Do yourself a favor and find it. The charred Caesar salad with the hangar steak was so very good with its depth and balance. The bread pudding was the best I've had in such a long time. Can't wait to get back here!!

I must admit I'm a local and have tried more restaurants in the town then I can count but I find myself constantly coming back here. This is a great restaurant that has real quality food. The wait staff is friendly and will cater to all your needs. Jenni the bartender is incredibly sweet and has great recommendations if your new to this place.
