Receptionist is extremely rude and unhelpful - on the phone and via email. Unfortunate for Dr Roncolato, as he has some great reviews.
Fantastic haematologist, great bedside manner and super thorough
The receptionist was beyond rude and unhelpful. When trying to ask questions she seemed bothered and disinterested and then went on to say can you hold. After a minute of holding she terminates the call. So rude!
