Hice 2 citas con esta “oficina” y me pidieron todo tipo de información, llenar formularios, firmas etc… y al momento de la cita no aparecen, una falta de respeto total!
NEVER answer the phone. They just booked a random appointment for my son and no one answer my calls to cancel
They NEVER answer the phone. It’s extremely frustrating. I’ve left multiple messages, sent emails, etc. They scheduled me for a random appointment I didn’t request, but failed to forward my prescription to the pharmacy. Waste of $50 copay per session if they can’t even answer the phone and fix the prescription issue.
