I have come to look for doctor Fernando Arroyo, but the office disappeared. Now is a neurological office. Also the phone is disconnected.
Very knowledgeable. Above and beyond.
Felt very uncomfortable with him and so did both my daughters. He did not address any issue I had but focus more of doing breast exams on my daughters under 14 yrs old. Did not explain or teach the point of this exam. Disregarded the fact that I told him they felt uncomfortable but felt the need to be annoyed that my daughter asked for a female Doctor and commented to my 12 yr that you can’t always have a female doctor. I have contacted the office and informed them about the situation.
