I am really saddened by the phone interaction I just received at this office. I paid half down for orthotics & was to go back to pick up. When I called last Wed, I left a message and did not receive a call back. I called several times today but since I did not trust I would get a call and do not know when I would have time again to call, I called 3 more times until someone picked up the phone. Dr Fernandez has a great bedside manner and will definitely be recommending him to my family and friends!!
The pain from my bunions was unbearable. Dr. Fernandez was amazing and my LAPIPLASTY was much easier than expected. My scars very minimal. I highly recommend this doctor & this procedure. The staff there is wonderful too!
Dr. Fernandez not only has an excellent manner with patients, he listens and provides a diagnosis in an understandable layman's term, and then talks you through the treatment options. His office staff are also very pleasant, both desk and nursing assistants were very good and helpful. An excellent all round experience.
Dr. Fernandez is very personable. He and his whole staff take the extra time and effort to accurately analyze the medical issue and provide a good plan to relieve the pain and map out a speedy recovery. Have been a loyal customer for over 5 years!!!!
