Had a 3:30 appointment and I work In healthcare so I expect doctors offices to fall behind it happens. I was not called back until around 4:30 and then was not seen by Dr. Fernando until after 5:00PM. He spent maybe five minutes with me so how he was so behind I would love to know. All he did was offer me medication or to return back to the office ( as if that’s what I want to do after waiting almost two hours) and to take vitamins I already take. I don’t know where to start. I went to see Dr. Gonzalez Portillo due to a face paralysis. The doctor never showed up but I had to pay like I saw a specialist. The M.A was wearing regular clothes, the PRN presented her self as the doctor’s assistant, when she entered the room she had already in her hand the printed MRA, MRI and lab tests orders.
