What a poor bedside manner. Dr. Wirth saw my elderly mom today with me, her daughter, in the room. She was cold, a poor communicator, left out some key information about a skin irritation, the reason for the appointment. She was about ready to freeze a skin irritation before asking for my mom's approval or telling us she'd be doing so.
