She forgot prescribe the medication and I spent 5 hours with a lot of pain She forgot to put me anesthesia and started the procedure which hurts me a lot She’s rude. She doesn’t explain anything
I would never recommend the JD location. Some time ago, I had a tooth pulled & the office was getting ready to close. I was waiting for my ride & I was in agony. At the time, the receptionist was an older lady w/ a with a very nasty attitude. Apparently, it was not thought through before allowing her to be the receptionist. As I was waiting for my ride, she came over & stated we're closing and that I would have to wait outside. Others also had negative remarks about her being unprofessional.
