While Dr. Norris was kind, listened when I was in pain and completely respected my fear of dentist. Unfortunately, I do not feel like the work is best quality. The root canal has left that side in pain for 7 weeks now and when I tried eating on that side the filling/ tooth repair he did 3 months ago fell out. I wish I had just insisted on having the problematic teeth removed like I wanted as now I've spent thousands of dollars to just have to go through more trauma and get the teeth removed anyway.
Still to this day the worst dentist. Tried to sell me so many u necessary things - it felt like I was seeing a salesperson and not somebody concerned for my health. He said I needed some clear bonding that would last a lifetime. I got it, paid top dollar, and within a week it had all fallen out. He was very rude to the dental assistant too during the consult and I was on edge the entire time.
Where do I even start?! Imagine sitting in the dentist chair waiting for the camera crew to jump out and yell, “You’re being pranked!” A trainee receptionist/dental nurse being trained in real time, a dentist arguing with her, angry hand gestures, her storming out, and then coming back confused. The phone rings—on loudspeaker—so I hear someone’s entire conversation while he tries to coach her on how to take the booking. Dr Feng has been my dentist for the past 3 years he is extremely professional, knowledgeable and reasonably priced.Dr Feng never pushed products or services I believe him to be very honest and caring an excellent dentist.
Feng is a Money Chaser... filling fell out inside 3 weeks.
