Dr. Chao is an excellent ophthalmologist! I was referred to him for a second opinion. Not only did he review my records from my initial visit but also accepted photos to avoid duplicate billing! Dr. Chao’s beside manner is impeccable and impressive. He was diligent & patient in his care and I am now his patient! I have not experienced such great patient care and a brief wait in a very long time!!!
