I'm a 60 yr old disabled Woman Woman who has been treated w/ such I've never had an office treat me Such Care, Respect, Love & Actually Kindness as this Offdoes. I've had Very Good Dr's, Nurses. However way I'm treated isn't Fake. I would be able to tell. I'm So Thankful 1st to God above all, after, I'm Thankful for those who work for Dr R.ameriz. 🫠
Not only is the front desk girl EXTREMELY RUDE but she sounds lost and confused all the time. Ridiculous trying to make an appt with this office. Please retrain your staff or get new people who can work and treat people correctly.
I have been with Dr Ramirez for over a decade and he is the very best there is. As far as the staff goes, they are extremely pleasant me and I have seen them put up with people's horrible attitudes and they still stay calm and collected. They do care very much, but you cannot tell them your entire life stories. It's business, tell them what they need to know and then sit down.
Very rude and disrespectful staff. While speaking with Christie, I believe that's her name she need to learn how to speak to people. Kept over talking me and had an attitude the entire time. If she speaks to other doctor offices this way. I can only imagine how she speaks and treats the patients.
I’ve been calling since last week about my appointment and no one answers. The young man who scheduled me, set me up on Tuesday and I never come in on Tuesday. I’m only available today, and all wednesdays. I called last week twice, and today twice. Please call me, Raymond Rivas
