Dr. Ramirez was awesome even though I don’t remember meeting him. The nurse practitioner and the rest of the office staff needs a lot of work. They say they do things that they don’t and they can’t remember what you are there for.
Originally they gave me appointment for a pain shot at Weston Outpatient Center at 0830 am, then received email with change of hour (without calling me) for appointment 1200 noon, then another email changing appointment for 1230 pm same day . Today Sunday I received email at 3 am for appointment at 1030 am. Very unprofessional. Procedure was supposed to be with Dr. Ramirez . Btw on our first appointment we didn't met that a doctor, it was only a ARNP that although she was very nice and knowledgeable, Dr. didn't met us. Sad. ... read more
