Patient neglect, zero stars. I spoke to the doctor 6 months ago, and had plenty of refills left on my medication. I have made every telehealth appointment that was scheduled. They never called me to schedule my next appointment (dr said they would call me), and they claim they sent a letter to my address which I had since recently moved so you would think they would call you directly to schedule. Totally professional. I don't understand why anyone would say otherwise. You are probably better off formulating your own opinion. Behavioral/Emotional help is a very personal process. If you are uncomfortable it may just be a bad fit. Don't givup on yourself. Look for another psychiatrist, or maybe a psychologist if you don't need medication.
Spent two hours a two weeks ahead of time doing a phone intake interview, only to have the nurse practitioner do the exact same set of questions with me at the beginning of my appointment. After all that, Dr. Geller walks in, grunts at me, and asks the nurse, “What am I doing with this one?
