Dr. Pierre is simply the BEST! She is extremely knowledgeable and professional, but she is also interested in the patient as a whole person. She devotes plenty of time at each appointment, and goes above and beyond. I cannot recommend her more highly.

On 8/9/2022, I was overcharged for services and this was confirmed via her Office Manager and my insurance Company. I along with my insurance company have made several attempts to get the refund that was promised and owed to my; however this doctor has refused to refund my money and causing me undue stress with the continual follow up to only get the run around. nearly 3 months later. I have been torn regarding writing a review as I hate to write anything negative about a minority owned business but the service or rather lack thereof is POOR. If could give them 0 stars I would. Doctor was very professional and polite, however the front office staff is very rude and also overcharged for services. According to insurance, copay was only $60.00 and they charged $186.58 front desk person said that they did not know what they were going to do yet and they had to charge that. Regardless, my copay was $60.00. Now I am having to deal with asking for a refund and who knows how long it will take to get my money back. I am very satisfied with the continued excellent level of care that I receive at Optimum Foot & Ankle. Dr. Pierre is a caring professional and a dedicated doctor. She listens and communicates well and her facility is very clean. She has been my Podiatrist of choice for years.
