If I could give zero stars, I would. This has been by far the worst experience I’ve ever had with a medical practice. Dr. Bailey is unresponsive, gives the runaround, and often forgets what she’s told me. I constantly have to remind her of important details, which is frustrating, stressful, and unprofessional. Appointments feel disorganized, communication is poor, and it’s clear that patient care is not a priority. Dr Bailey is an exceptional Dr. Very attentive to my needs and anything pertaining to my over all health. If your looking for a new Dr in the Frederick area Dr Bailey would be an excellent choice.
