Wonderful staff and great care from Dr. Feiz and Dr. Rim.
I waited for over an hour for Dr. Hu for a consultation that only lasted 5-7 minutes. The females working in the office were nice and well put together. I can't speak for Dr. Hu's services, but after his one hour late arrival, he never even apologized or shook my hands first walking in. He didn't come off as approachable or to really even genuinely care. Customer service is an aspect I look for in every business I encounter. He isn't a doctor I felt like would genuinely work in my best of interest.
