I called 3 weeks ago about getting the wrong prescription shampoo from office staff. I’m still waiting on a call back to remedy the problem. Dr. Feigenbaum is excellent doctor. He gave me conservative solutions to hair loss. They have helped but now the progress I had with hair loss is reversed since I was given the wrong shampoo by staff. I feel now that I’m starting all over again with treatment plan. I am now losing hair again. Dr. Lawrence Feigenbaum Was awesome, got me in to be seen in less than a week. While I did wait past my appointment time he more than made up for it by removing a cyst on the same day of my consultation. I would highly recommend him.
There billing department can’t read . Gave them my insurance information multiple times and a copy of my insurance card . They never billed my insurance and my medical bill went to collections . Once they admitted fault it was too late to re bill my insurance . On top of that they never did anything to fix the situation and were zero help .
