I’m 69 years old. I’ve seen quite a lot of doctors in my life. Most of doctors, especially nowadays ones, spend a little time with you and prescribe medications. They tend to use medication to fix up your symptoms instead of really treating your causes of your illness. Dr Kyan is completely different. This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had with a doctor. I would not recommend this practice. They seem more focused on pushing additional services rather than actually helping patients. If you decline the extra services they suggest, they become unhelpful and dismissive. I also felt uncomfortable with how they handled my medical information from other providers. I've had asthma my entire life. I've never had a dr refuse to renew prescriptions, requiring an in person visit every single time. I've never had a dr refuse to change maintenance medicine after telling them it's not helping after 2 months of taking it. Every response is about how he deals with his asthma and what helps him. I've spoken to him about multiple issues, asking about multiple medications, but it always go back to his personal experiences. I just love Dr. Kyan. He is such an amazing doctor and person and very detailed to all my million questions.
Dr Kyan was attentive, patient, and listened to what I described as my medical conditions. He took time to examine me. He explained well the causes of my symptoms. He took time to answer my questions. He prescribed medicines that I needed. The office staff is very helpful. This was my first visit with Dr Kyan. I will surely go back to see Dr Kyan.
