I've had asthma my entire life. I've never had a dr refuse to renew prescriptions, requiring an in person visit every single time. I've never had a dr refuse to change maintenance medicine after telling them it's not helping after 2 months of taking it. Every response is about how he deals with his asthma and what helps him. I just love Dr. Kyan. He is such an amazing doctor and person and very detailed to all my million questions.
Dr Kyan was attentive, patient, and listened to what I described as my medical conditions. He took time to examine me. He explained well the causes of my symptoms. He took time to answer my questions. He prescribed medicines that I needed. The office staff is very helpful. This was my first visit with Dr Kyan. I will surely go back to see Dr Kyan.
Dr. kyan is professional and very kind doctor, he takes his time to listen and care for your needs. We are blessed to have him as our doctor.
With all due respect, worst service I ever received - One star is too high of a rating for them! Should have listened to the previous reviews left for this Dr and staff. They are extremally unorganized and incompetent. Errors after errors. I receive text reminders for days I didn't have appts. I requested a blood test to be done and after TWO separate visits I still never received my results & was informed it was not their fault for this and I will not be charged.
