Physical ID and insurance needed. Copy not accepted unless physical can be provided asap. No air fresheners so 5 stars. Bathrooms, waiting room, office not scented. LONG WAIT TIME. DO NOT EXPECT TO BE SEEN AT SCHEDULED APPT TIME! Excellent staff, respectful, fast, capable, kind. Easy parking lot. Overall great experience.
