It's nearly impossible to get a hold of this Dr. When you call the mailbox it's ALWAYS full, I tried 3 days in a row to cancel an appointment & couldn't get through, also my granddaughter needed a refill on her anxiety meds & they ignored 2 faxes from the pharmacy, she is an awesome Dr. But her front staff should be fired for incompetence
Extremely rude and unprofessional. Judgemental and has no actual medical knowledge at all.
I have yet to see Dr. Bhetasi, but honestly her staff are always on the ball that and are very diligent. They answer the phone each time and are very helpful and friendly. Looking forward to seeing Dr. Bhetasi soon ^_^
