I wish I could leave no stars; I would, because whoever is making appointments for the office doesn't know what they are doing. I was booked as a new patient at 4:00 p.m. on a Wednesday. I came in, was seen, and at checkout, I tried to make my appointment for a follow-up visit for my blood test results. When I asked for 4:00 p.m. again, the office manager told me that they don't do 4:00 p.m. appointments. She’s very thorough and listens to you and covers all her bases and refers you to Whatever specialist you might need I’m very happy with her, including the staff
When Dr Ashgar is away the office doesn’t follow up. With her patients very stressful trying to get a prescription renewed multiple calls with no success canceled one rx that I had only 1 of. Unacceptable!!!!!
