My experience with Dr. Fatih was excellent from start to finish. From the initial visit through the procedure and follow-up, everything was handled professionally and thoughtfully and I felt comfortable the whole way through. Answer the phone trying to call for almost 2 weeks no one answered then operator answered but she is no help can’t give any information so absurd I have to go in person so I can talk to them so disappointed
He’s a great doctor but they need to work on answering phones. Called about an appointment and all I got was an answering service. It’s not even 4 PM on a Monday. Answering services are after 5 PM
Dr Ozcelebi is the best gastroenterologist and his staff is excellent customer service.
They have been great. My only concern is that they have been difficult to get ahold of lately. Other than that, they are the absolute best.
