Receptionist is incompetent & belligerent. Waited 30-45 mins for each appointment (morning appointments). I was overcharged, received no apology, then had to actively pursue my refund. Finally received it, with angst, a full week later. Disgusting behaviour & treatment of patients.
Went there for a nose check. Although reception and everyone else were nice the actual doctor himself mr Irani was extremely rude. The whole time I went there he wasn’t speaking to me properly. Afterwards he kicked me out and I still had to pay $300 for no reason.
Dr Boman was absolutely lovely! He was thorough and was not in any rush. He took his time to explain things and reassure me. Would recommend him!
Demanded cash only. Receptionist carried on and said no card facilities in the clinic, she lied as she tried to say doctor was new and just visiting. Total lie. Dr Irani has been there for ages. Wanted cash and no proof for Medicare. Very suss.
