Dr Boman was absolutely lovely! He was thorough and was not in any rush. He took his time to explain things and reassure me. Would recommend him!
Demanded cash only. Receptionist carried on and said no card facilities in the clinic, she lied as she tried to say doctor was new and just visiting. Total lie. Dr Irani has been there for ages. Wanted cash and no proof for Medicare. Very suss.

Absolutely terrible and disgusting 'service' from the receptionist. They kept me waiting more than 2 hours from their original appointment time, 'letting' 3 other people who arrived after me to go first. Almost as if they moved me to the bottom of the queue whenever I asked when can I expected to be seen. This is ridiculous. They also advised the appointment would not incur any out of pocket fees (the specialist had confirmed this too at a prior appointment) but at the end of the appointment, said a payment of $120 would nee... read more
