Dr. Safi herself is wonderful. The office not so much. I went to schedule an annual visit which I was overdue for. My patient portal states I have a 0.00 balance. I called and was told I cannot be seen without paying my 154.00 balance. The girl claimed I received bills in the mail which I did not. And I knew nothing about a balance. I then stated I was overdue for my visit and could do a payment plan and was told again I could not be seen until it is paid in full. Dr. Safi is warm and she listens. She explains all options with no pressure. Together, we decided to have me under go a hysteroscopy to check everything out even though my symptoms were mild and inconsistent. The procedure went well (a polyp was found and removed). Also my anesthesiologist who works with her, Dr. Kaufman, was fantastic. I would recommend Dr. Safi and her team.
Dr. Safi delivered my daughter after having a previous traumatic birth with my son over a year ago. She was sweet, kind and professional. Also, she calmed my nerves every step of the way. I am forever grateful for her giving me the birth experience I dreamed of having.
I cannot recommend her and her staff enough. I've had a host of health issues post Covid. Irregular periods, heavy bleeding that was causing anemia. Often my bloodwork and imaging look okay, or slightly off, but I can feel/ tell something is way off. Dr. Safi listened to me. Despite the tests looking mostly ok, she believed me and kept investigating until a hysterectomy was the option. She explains things, takes time with her patients and has a wonderful bedside manner. Dr Safi was the doctor on call the night my son decided to enter the world. She did an amazing job delivering my baby(c-section), and most importantly, made me feel comfortable and safe throughout the process!
