I had a terrible experience with Jillian Castillo. I’m an older patient yet she did not treat me any respect. When she was causing me pain when I told her that it was uncomfortable she proceeded to blame it on me and told me it was because I was moving. She did not show me the colors of bands that they had and just rudely said “it’s the same colors as always” and left an untrimmed wire in my mouth. Which I had to drive back and have them trim it for me because it was causing me pain. I would not recommend this place.
This placed used to be great. Now, this place is horrible. There's always a different doctor who doesn't even look at the braces. Doesn't look at the notes or even shows he cares. I am so disappointed.
My kids had an appointment on Friday which was 3/20/26 and had a terrible experience. The assistant that help us out was Lady Aguilar and she was just rude and mean to my kids . If you guys go DO NOT let her assist you or your child . I believe she shouldn’t be working her with her attitude and with kids .
I will not ever recommend this dentist. The billing department is horrible. I had to literally do everything with the insurance myself because they couldn't get anything approved because they kept sending incorrect paperwork. I ended up having to do this with the billing department manager when it was finally "fixed." She told me. Don't worry, you won't hear from us again. You're good to go everything's good. A year later I got a bill from them. I called and they said no we didn't send anything, you don't have a balance. The... read more
