What a gentle & kind hearted person. I remember when there was a mishap, a cancellation for a woman who didn't speak English. She was scared, in pain. And guess what? Dr. Zaer came out to the lobby to speak with this poor woman. She calmed down. He was very sweet & understanding. And he was able to get her seen the same day.
Dr. Zaer was attentive, thorough, and communicative. My boys felt at ease with him, and he adjusted his tactics, as needed during the physical, for my autistic son's need. As a family coming from Dr. Ramon Ramos' practice, we are pleased to be on board at CVC with Dr. Zaer.

I feel bad because I love the Doctors here; however some of the people that work here are non-professional and can learn a little more about Customer Service. Other then that , not to bad.
