The doctor is excellent, the waiting time isn’t acceptable specially now that we to wait outside in our vehicles it is very uncomfortable & $ consuming as we have to keep our vehicle on, remember this part of town is very hot , one hour and a half is too long to wait in the vehicle. Practice should better schedule patients.
I love the doctor but the office staff is very rude and lazy. They are not people oriented. The doctor is precise with diagnoses. If you ask the office staff for information they make you hold for 15 minutes just to come back on line and tell you that they cannot help you with that matter. They are not multi-taskers at all. They need to train them more on friendliness and mannerism.
Long waits and Dr comes in room ask few questions and leaves room so u sit longer and wait till someone comes in room tells u can leave.
This office is horrible, long waiting times and rude staff.
His diagnoses has been always correct . His personality is always friendly
He is a very good doctor. Saved my mothers life and helped diagnose me when others couldn't. He is my entire family's doctor now, and he is totally worth the wait! Office staff are sweet and always welcoming. Btw I live in houston and travel to Baytown just to see him!!!
I have been waiting in this office for 5 hours now. This is normal for this office. Compare this to the National average of 23 minutes. Any other office is better then this place.
