Very disappointing experience at Costco Optical (5900 Rodeo Dr, Mississauga). I had a scheduled appointment that was cancelled on the same day without any valid explanation. Now I’m forced to rebook and wait several more days, which is extremely inconvenient and frustrating. This is not the level of professionalism I expected from Costco. I sincerely hope they improve how they manage appointments and start respecting customers’ time. Overall, a very bad experience.
Disappointing Experience with Prescription Errors and Poor Service at Dr. Farhana Khan & Associates My recent experience at Dr. Farhana Khan & Associates in Mississauga was extremely frustrating and has left me with a significant issue regarding my eyeglasses. I did eye exam here with an appointment. No wait time. Process was quick and doctor did thorough check up.
I decide this time to switch my optometrist and choose that clinic. When I booked appointment on the phone, the receptionist was not patient and was speaking in rough way. When I came to the clinic as first time, i have been asked to fill a form and do some check in an unwelcome way. The expectation is to be welcome as first time patient and be encouraged to visit the clinic and refer friends and family.
