I have tried calling multiple times to book an appointment, but no one answers the phone. I have also left several messages and never received a response. The only way to book an appointment seems to be to visit the location in person. This has happened to me several times over the past year, and I am extremely disappointed with the lack of customer service. It feels like they do not care about their customers or value their time. If I could give them **0 stars, I would**\. Their customer service is terrible\. I’ve been trying to call them for the past two weeks and have had such a hard time getting through. I got my eye prescription from here about a month ago, but unfortunately the prescription did not work for me. I kept calling to try to book an appointment to have it corrected, but no one was answering the phone. When I finally got through, they told me that because my prescription was now one month old, I would have to pay $50 to have it checked... read more

Does bare minimum for eye exam. I asked him if my eyes looked dry, instead of giving a yes or now he just said they are if they feel dry. Waste of time and money! Prisin eye institute is much better!

Very disappointing experience at Costco Optical (5900 Rodeo Dr, Mississauga). I had a scheduled appointment that was cancelled on the same day without any valid explanation. Now I’m forced to rebook and wait several more days, which is extremely inconvenient and frustrating. This is not the level of professionalism I expected from Costco. I sincerely hope they improve how they manage appointments and start respecting customers’ time. Overall, a very bad experience.
