Do not bother giving them any business. Ordered multiple glasses from this location and it’s always very chaotic and unpleasant. Went in today with my child hoping to get some assistance with her broken frames and was dealt with an extremely rude person named PRINCE. He seemed annoyed and impatient with his job. We were turned away without any assistance. We will no longer be purchasing glasses from the Biscayne Brampton location.
Their admin staff is one of the worst I have encountered in any health practitioners clinic. No accountability or follow up. No call back to multiple voice messages. Avoid if you can.
Costco mississauga office visited in May, called multiple times and staff is not helpful and they never gave the referal I requested to send to new eye clinic. Staff do not do any follow up or help you. Avoid going to her at all cost and find another doctor.
We had 2 family members get eye tests at the costco office the older member was told by the prescribing doctor to only get one pair of glasses and check them first...they were werent correct and trying to get another appointment we were treated rudely and told if we didnt wait for the same doctor we would be charged again...the girl wouldnt give us an appointment saying only tuesday, wednesday or saturday..so we said tuesday morning 9 AM and she says not available...we asked what time is available and she said she didnt like... read more
