I didn’t get to see the doctor yet but I had a horrible experience with the assistant who answered my phone to check if they have received the referral. She is so rude , unethical and not professional.
Dr pirouzmand is the worst nuerosurgeon ever. Didn't even look at the MRI scans and immediately booked my gf for a brain biopsy. Was out the next day and his bed side manner was horrible. He also is prejudice against same sex couples. NEVER HEARD FROM HIS OFFICE AGAIN. results came later when we advocated to our family physician we needed an oncologist. Finally got one 6 weeks later to tell us diagnosis which we had already read from her online report's. If I had not called Dr we would still be sitting here waiting....NOT CO... read more
Recently I had my Spinal canal stenosis surgery L3 to S1 , in the morning the surgery took place the next day at 9 AM, I was discharged from the hospital and I walked the stairs happily toward my car, all numbness symptoms I had for 2 years gone, After surgery no pain at all just the first day I had 4 times pain killer , in the 3 nights afterward I just took an Advil in the night time although I did not have pain! Only one star. for the minimal two year wait and lack of competence in your research and follow ups. I am assuming your not aware of the lifelabs scinero at Kensington walk-in, and Kensington Eye research from 2016-2025. Just wanted to previously book an appointment early to verify my blood work in person, as it was brought to my attention that they can only use the post/mail/word of mouth. Too many faults sent that way. You may take me off the cancellation list. Thanks.
