I received a referral to see Dr. Khan post hysterectomy because my OBGYN (who also performed my surgery) 'doesn't deal with hormones'. I was complaining of weight gain, severe joint pain, and inflammation, which is common when estrogen levels drop in perimenopause/menopause. Very rude
I saw Dr Khan twice. My first appointment she told me, with very little information, she thought I had PCOS. A big diagnosis with little data to back up the diagnosis. At this appointment, Dr. Khan ran some tests and told me to follow up in a couple months. At the 2nd appointment when she came into the room, she didn’t know anything about me.
